Infectious endocarditis is an infrequent pathology but with a very significant morbidity and mortality context. The MostCommon responsible germs are streptococci staphylococci.Neisseria strain of bacteria characterized by several subgroups such as gram-negative diplococci which present in the respiratory tract generally harmless other Neisseria gonorrhoeae known to be pathogens involved pathologies.We report case infectious 37-year-old patient mitral valve replacement who presented prolonged febrile syndrome discovery on transesophageal echocardiography vegetation blood cultures SP Neisseria.
